Derrick and the crew have been amazing to work with. We had an old HVAC system replaced including new ducts and vents. The team made short work of the job and were very professional. Post-installation, I cannot underscore the level of service provided by the company. They went above and beyond to address our every issue that came up (not related to the install). We are the most discerning of customers with a very challenging installation. They came out multiple times at no cost to us to check out various issues (we had a contractor that covered the new condenser with plastic, left the plastic on and ran the AC – ugh!) Lastly, they just finished up installing a fresh air intake and dehumidifier, as usual great quality work! I cannot recommend Comfort Design enough as a great HVAC company to work with.
